<p >The South Sudan national bureau of Standards organized a global solidarity program on Food Safety Day, which aimed to improve the safety system following the efforts of supporting groups to ensure the quality of standards in the country. The Executive Director of the Bureau of Standards, Dominic Kanuto Oyilang, highlighted the importance of addressing the spread of foodborne illnesses. He emphasized the need to ensure food safety through awareness programs for citizens and businesses to prevent the spread of diseases caused by food that does not meet the required quality standards.<b> </b>Christopher Sarfino Wani, Mayor of Juba Municipality, participated in a review of the role of hygiene in developing food safety lists. <b><o:p></o:p></b></p><p> </p><p ><b> </b></p>
