<p>The Minister of Youth and Sport, Atong Kuol Manyang Juuk, has conducted a consultative meeting with the Undersecretary and the senior staff to understand the existing changes and projects. The senior management team comprising the Undersecretary, Director Generals, and Director also presented the key achievements of the Ministry. In addition, they outlined the challenges currently facing the institution and discussed possible ways forward to strengthen performance and service delivery.<b> </b>Following the briefing, the Minister took a proactive step by touring the Ministry. She visited different offices and personally interacted with staff, demonstrating a strong commitment to accountability, teamwork, and understanding the working environment first-hand. </p>
