The SPLM First Deputy Chairperson, Vice President, Dr. James Wani Igga, has called on party members to renew their commitment to peace, unity, and reconciliation ahead of the December 2026 general elections. Dr. Igga made the remarks on Thursday while delivering a comprehensive lecture on leadership styles and skills to hundreds of SPLM members at the Transitional National Legislative Assembly in Juba. The forum, organized by the SPLM Youth and Women Leagues, brought together members of the party’s youth, women, and students’ leagues, as well as SPLM club members from across Juba County. Addressing the gathering, Dr. Igga urged party members to serve as ambassadors of peace, development, and national unity as the country prepares for the elections.
