OVER 200 DIPLOMATS HONORED AFTER COMPLETING INTENSIVE DIPLOMATIC TRAINING

<p >The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, in partnership with the UNDP, has awarded professional certificates to 229 diplomats who successfully completed an intensive diplomatic training programme at the Institute for Diplomatic Studies (IDS) in Juba, conducted from 16 March to 25 May 2026. Vice President for the Gender and Youth Cluster and Acting Chairperson of the Governance Cluster, Rebecca Nyandeng De Mabior, praises the positive spirit, discipline, and energy demonstrated by the young diplomats, noting that investing in the professional development of young public servants is essential for building strong national institutions and shaping a brighter future for South Sudan.<o:p></o:p></p><p> </p><p >The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Dr. James Pitia Morgan, expressed his pride and satisfaction with the successful completion of the programme, describing the graduates as a promising generation of diplomats prepared to advance South Sudan’s foreign policy objectives. <o:p></o:p></p>
