TNLA Passes National Examination Council Act

<p >The Transitional National Legislative Assembly Chaired by Acting Speaker AMBROS LOMIN PITIA passes the national Examination council Act 20211 ( Amendment ) bill 2026 at final reading stage with all observation and recommendation of the honorable members of the august house. During the presentation, the acting chairperson of the committee of general Education CAGUOR ADENG MANYANG says the whole bill comprise of eight chapters and fifty seven section, but after critical scrutiny , the bill remains with only seven chapters , and thirty eight sections. The purpose of the amendment of the national Examination council bill, 2026 is to cover all matters concerning the establishment and to administer, and manage credible, fair and reliable National Examination Council in all ten state and three administrative areas and other recognized centers abroad to ensure uniform standards.<o:p></o:p></p>
