SECURITY ADVISOR CONVENES WITH NORWEGIAN AMBASSADOR OVER PEACE EFFORTS

<p >The Presidential Advisor on National Security Affairs Tut Gatluak and the Norwegian Ambassador to South Sudan Roar Haugsdal , have engaged in extensive discussions on fast-tracking bilateral ties between Juba and Oslo. Their discussions also focused on the implementation of the Revitalized Peace Agreement, economic and political aspects.<o:p></o:p></p><p> </p><p >The Security Advisor reassured the Norwegian diplomat of the commitment of the Unity Government to address some of the political and security challenges facing the country. Diplomat Haugsdal calls on the political elites in the Government and the opposition to embrace political dialogue that would pave way for stability and credible elections.<o:p></o:p></p>
