The SPLM First Deputy Chairperson Dr. James Wani Igga continues to encourage the secretary for Western Equatoria State David Paulino Simbi to mobilise masses for the upcoming December elections. He made his call while meeting him following after being sworn in before the SPLM Secretary General. Paulino seeks for guidance and plans from Dr. Igga to mobilize the party population at the grassroots levels.
