The Ministerial High-Level Economic Reforms’ Sub-committee headed by Minister of Interior, Hon. Gen. Aleu Ayieny Aleu, arrives in Nimule to undertake implementation of orders it previously issued banning all forms of malpractices depriving the government from realizing sufficient collection of revenues at the country’s busiest entry point.The committee, according to the Minister of Public and Human Resource Development, Hon. Amb. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth, is in Nimule town to make sure that the operational processes of clearing goods and services heading to Juba and other parts of the country moves smoothly without interruption on the Highway. Minister Lol said those obstructing the work of South Sudan Revenue Authority (SSRA) will be punished by the laws.The sub-committee comprises the Ministers of Public Service and Human Resource Development, Hon. Ezekiel Lol Gatkuoth, Livestock and Fisheries, Hon. Onyoti Adigo Nyikwac, Justice and Constitutional Affairs, Hon. Dr. Wek Mamer Kuol, and Commissioner General of the South Sudan Revenue Authority, Hon. Amb. Muon Deng Ajuet and his team, as well as top security officials from Police and SSPDF
