NEC DELIVERS VOTER REGISTRATION MATERIALS TO UPPER NILE AS ELECTIONS DATE NEARS

he voter registrations materials  have finally reached Malakal, Upper Nile state awaiting a pronouncement of the nationwide voter registration.  The Chairperson of the High Election Committee in Upper Nile State, Peter Mayom Pur, confirmed the arrival of the equipment and logistical materials necessary for the voter registration process in the state. He noted the committee’s readiness to proceed with registration procedures and affirmed that the country’s general elections will be held as scheduled.
