The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Dr. James Pitia Morgan, returns to Juba this afternoon after concluding a bilateral working visit to Nairobi, Republic of Kenya. At Juba International Airport, Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation, Ambassador Akuei Bona Malwal, receives the minister and his delegation alongside senior officials from the ministry.
During the visit, Ambassador James Pitia Morgan holds bilateral talks with Kenya’s Prime Cabinet Secretary and Cabinet Secretary for Foreign and Diaspora Affairs, Musalia Mudavadi, and other senior government officials. The discussions focus on strengthening bilateral relations and enhancing cooperation on issues of mutual interest between South Sudan and Kenya.
The spokesperson says the visit strengthens diplomatic engagement and reinforces the longstanding partnership between South Sudan and Kenya.
