Agriculture Minister Desires Warrap To Boost Food Production

<p >The National Minister of Agriculture and Food Security, Clement Juma, has called on Warrap State authorities to intensify efforts to mobilize farmers and increase agricultural production to achieve food self-sufficiency, following a meeting with Warrap State Minister of Agriculture, Environment and Forestry, <b>Suzy Nyanthel</b>, who briefed the national minister on the ministry’s activities, progress, and the challenges facing farmers in the state. Minister Clement pledged the national government’s support for agricultural development in Warrap and encouraged greater collaboration and experience-sharing with neighboring states.  Juma also urges state authorities to implement recent presidential directives aimed at expanding agricultural production and reducing dependence on food imports.<o:p></o:p></p>
