<p >The Ministerial Economic Reform Committee being constituted by the President under the headship of the Minister of East African Community Affairs, Pieng Deng Kuol has suspended all the non-statutory tax exemptions in an effort to boost revenue collection. In a media statement, Minister of Water Resources and Irrigation, James Mawich Makuach, doubling as the Committee’s Rapporteur says the meeting addressed the rising issue of salary arrears and delays in payment of public servants’ salaries.<o:p></o:p></p>
