CES Security Committee condemns Morobo Abductions, Calls for immediate Release of Victims

<p >The Central Equatoria State Security Committee chaired by Governor Emmanuel Adil Anthony has condemned in the strongest sense possible on the abduction of over twenty civilians in Morobo County by the SPLA-IO Forces, Directing the local security operatives to ensure timely release of the abductees. The Committee has also directed the Commissioner of Juba County, Eng. Samuel Emiliano Wani to work closely with the authorities of Bor and Pibor authorities to ensure that the cattle related conflicts along the common corridors are averted once and for all, as a way of safeguarding the free passage of people and the goods. The Committee further emphasized on the need to effect touring of the security Sectors within Juba in bit to enhancing better security coordination amongst the security operatives. On a tougher note regarding the criminal activities perpetuated across the state, the Committee has stepped up efforts to curb criminal rates and effect tougher crackdown on the criminal gangs.<o:p></o:p></p>
