FOREIGN MINISTER MEETS UN OFFICIAL OVER PEACE AND HUMANITARIAN EFFORTS

<p >The Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation Dr James Pitia Morgan, and the Deputy Special Representative of the Secretary-General, UN Resident Coordinator and Humanitarian Coordinator,  have discussed matters of mutual interest and agreed to work closely for the common good of the citizens, particularly those in need of humanitarian assistance.<o:p></o:p></p><p> </p><p >Dr. Morgan reiterated the Government’s commitment to ensuring that there are no policies hindering humanitarian actors from accessing vulnerable populations across the country. Ambassador Agok Anyar , the spokesperson at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and International cooperation, introduced the newly appointed deputy special representative for the United Nations.<o:p></o:p></p>
