SSPDF CHIEF ORDERS OPPOSITION ALLIED FORCES TO PREPARE FOR INTEGRATION

<p >The Chief of the South Sudan People’s Defense Forces, General Santino Deng Wol, has ordered all former opposition allied forces that abandoned rebellion and pledged allegiance to the government to remain on standby for further directives regarding integration into the SSPDF and other organized forces. The forces include the Agwelek forces under Lt. Gen. Johnson Olony in Malakal, Low Nuer groups under Lt. Gen. Deng Yiech Thanypiny, Maj. Gen. Mabor Dhol, Maj. Gen. Michael Wal Nyak, and Maj. Gen. Kiir Jok.<o:p></o:p></p><p> </p><p >Other groups mentioned include forces under Maj. Gen. Lual Yor in Molbok, Maj. Gen. Deng Awuk in Bahr el Ghazal, Equatoria groups in Yei, Maridi, Kajo-Keji, and Mundri, as well as forces under Gen. Simon Maguek Gai in Leer County, Unity State.<o:p></o:p></p>
