The African Development Bank, in partnership with the University of Juba launches Country Focus Report 2026 on mobilising funding for national development programmes. This report documents the scale of global financial fragmentation and recommends redesigning the South Sudan financial system through coordinated endeavours and integrated ecosystem backed by humane regulatory framework. Professor Isaac Cleto Rial, Deputy Vice Chancellor, and representative of the Vice Chancellor of the University of Juba, says the University is honoured to host unveiling such an important document. Fouzia Hajji, African Development Country Officer, stresses Bank’s support for strengthening agricultural activities.
